LINE Cook
Part-time · $15 - $22 / hour
We are seeking an experienced line cook to join our team. As a member of our team, you will get VERY COMPETITIVE PAY while you help create excellent memories for our customers through food, drinks and entertainment.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of previous experience. We have a new restaurant on the lake that features, scratch cooking, pizzas, and BBQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
★ Set up and station and stock supplies as needed for service.
★ The ability to properly prepare food items while adhering to recipe, and menu specifications.
★ Cook items to correct temperature by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other methods.
★ Finish assigned prep lists in a timely manner.
★ Practice proper food handling guidelines by maintaining a clean working environment that complies with all local, state, and Federal food safety guidelines.
★ Clean, stock, and sanitize all work areas after service to prepare for the next shift.
★ Work a variety of shifts.
★ Work as a team.
★ The ability to follow direction and instructions.
