Assistant Manager

Full-time · $45–75k

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the team, restaurant, and bar. This role puts a huge emphasis on quality, team-member relations, coaching for excellence, and building relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising the restaurant team
  • Adjust the daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Assist in tracking monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Assist in resolving escalated customer complaints

Line Cook

Part-time · $15–22 / hour

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of previous experience with scratch cooking and BBQ.

Responsibilities

  • Set up your station and stock supplies as needed for service
  • Properly prepare food items while adhering to recipe and menu specifications
  • Cook items to the correct temperature by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other methods
  • Finish assigned prep lists in a timely manner
  • Practice proper food handling guidelines, maintaining a clean working environment that complies with all local, state, and Federal food safety guidelines
  • Clean, stock, and sanitize all work areas after service to prepare for the next shift
